- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have levels of Bookkeeping packages and add ons. We need to conduct an exploratory video call to identify your needs. If you use a software already we will request access to that for better up front pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get on an exploratory video call after which we'll send out a proposal. Once a relationship is established we will have weekly calls for the first 2-4 weeks to ensure we get all the documentation we need from you. Once we have worked through our process, making sure we are understanding of your process needs we will communicate primarily though email and our systems. If you have a package with meetings for P&L reviews we will conduct those on a video call when scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Quickbooks Online Certified, Intuit Bookkeeping Certified. College courses: Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting
