Ive known the owner of Best Decision Bookkeeping for a long time, so when I realized my books werent giving me the info I needed, I gave them a call and Im glad I did.Were a general contracting company doing both residential and commercial work, new builds, additions, and remodels; and the way our financials were being tracked before just wasnt cutting it. Everything was lumped together. I couldnt tell which parts of the business were making money or where things were going off track.Best Decision Bookkeeping cleaned up our chart of accounts, set up products and services properly, and built out job costing the right way in QuickBooks Online. Now our profit and loss report actually makes sense, and I can see how each part of the business is performing. They even added class tracking so we can follow different stages of the construction process.Were just a few months in, but I finally feel like I have the financial visibility Ive been missing. Ive worked with Best Decision Bookkeeping since 2020 across several of my businesses. Theyve handled everything from catching up past books to monthly bookkeeping and special projects.What I appreciated most is they didnt just keep track of the numbers, they helped me understand them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have levels of Bookkeeping packages and add ons. We need to conduct an exploratory video call to identify your needs. If you use a software already we will request access to that for better up front pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get on an exploratory video call after which we'll send out a proposal. Once a relationship is established we will have weekly calls for the first 2-4 weeks to ensure we get all the documentation we need from you. Once we have worked through our process, making sure we are understanding of your process needs we will communicate primarily though email and our systems. If you have a package with meetings for P&L reviews we will conduct those on a video call when scheduled.

Quickbooks Online Certified, Intuit Bookkeeping Certified.
