- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will give potential clients a total dollar figure bid based on the amount of time I think it will take to complete the project accurately. I arrive at this through a complementary consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to set up a phone call or face-to-face meeting to discuss your unique needs and then I can build an accurate quote based off of that information. Then we move forward by picking an agreed upon date of completion. I have the client sign an engagement letter, which clearly outlines what services are being provided and what price we agreed on for the services. Then I begin the work and deliver the completed project on or before the agreed upon deadline, at which time payment is due.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my course work in Accounting at Northern Kentucky University. I have worked at several large accounting firms in the area for six years and then spent two years in the accounting department of a manufacturing company.
