- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to non-profits and military active/retired. As far as our actual pricing goes, it all depends on what your exact need is. We don't do cookie cutter events here so no two parties are alike.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting up/talking over the phone. I can give a quote based on your request, but it may end up being cheaper (or in some cases a little more) after we speak. A lot of time clients are unsure what they really need until after we talk and go trough the event step by step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
