I hired Heather because my venue didn't provide any sort of decoration set up or tear down services for the day of the wedding which was very important to me so that myself, bridesmaids and family members could just relax and enjoy the day. Heather and I had an initial meeting about 9-10 months out from the wedding discussing initial ideas then she also came with me to the venue about 2 months before the wedding to review finer details at the venue. Every time she was on time and very helpful, making suggestions about table cloths, placement of items, etc. The day of the wedding is really what I needed her for and she did a wonderful job! Not only did she get all my decorations up (centerpieces, photobooth, place cards, memorium table, etc.) in a tasteful fashion, she also coordinated the arrival of my floral centerpieces, the grooms mother delivering the cake and the arrival of my cocktail/dinner singer without needing to reach out to me at all and stress me out. During the evening she seamlessly made herself available but not overbearing, being there when the groom or I needed another drink or to hold them when we needed to take pictures! Whatever I asked or if anything went not according to plan she was able to handle it quietly without any guests noticing and most importantly, us noticing! She stayed until our reception wrapped up until 1:30AM and I don't even want to know how late she was there tearing down all the decorations of the evening! The next morning she met my mom and dropped everything back off right to my house. Seriously 5/5 stars. If you need someone reliable, kind, experienced or just any help at all for your wedding Heather is your woman.
I loved Heather Danielle! She decorated a pole barn event into beautiful elegance. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! She's also super sweet and accommodating. Our event location was changed and she drove 3 hours to the new site to see how she could change the décor in just a matter of a few days. She's wonderful!!!

Heather was everything we were looking for in a day of wedding coordinator. When a problem arose and we didn't have enough helium for all the balloons she handled it and we never even knew there was a problem! We all were able to relax and enjoy my sisters wedding from start to finish. She carried out our instructions to the letter and even thought of some details we'd over looked. She was sweet, and professional and I would highly, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a stress free wedding or other event.

I hired Heather a few times now. The first time when she was first starting out back in 2014 for my son's 1st birthday party. She help set everything up, got the cake and a smash cake from a local bakery for us. Mailed and dealt with with invitations all we had to do was tell her what we wanted and to show up. Most recently we hired her again to help with my parents anniversary party, once again she did EVERYTHING for us. All we had to do was show up. She took our ideas for my parents down to the smallest details of incorporating a photo line from every year of their marriage. I will always use Heather for my planning needs.

Heather is an INCREDIBLE planner! She went above and beyond to help us with everything on our wedding day and made sure the whole day ran smoothly. We did not have to think about anything and could enjoy the time with our friends and family. She even came to our venue walk-through, rehearsal and early on our wedding day to make sure everything was set up and ready to go! She was cool and collected the entire time. One of the most amazing things she did for us was there was a hole that was burnt in the wedding dress by accident while it was being steamed. Heather immediately stopped what she was doing and went to get fabrics to find a way to cover the whole. After she was done the dress looked better than before! AMAZING! Heather went beyond our expectations and helped make our wedding very memorable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to non-profits and military active/retired. As far as our actual pricing goes, it all depends on what your exact need is. We don't do cookie cutter events here so no two parties are alike.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting up/talking over the phone.
I can give a quote based on your request, but it may end up being cheaper (or in some cases a little more) after we speak.
A lot of time clients are unsure what they really need until after we talk and go trough the event step by step.
