I am overjoyed with these floors, they are an absolute work of art! I had some very old and beat up floors to work with, but Paradigm did an excellent job. Only 5 days passed between me contacting Paradigm and the work being done. I think that's amazing. The price was absolutely fair, the service was great, I can't recommend Paradigm enough.

I could fill a book with all of the wonderful things I want to say about Mr. Jason Culter and his Team! It was such a headache going thru setting up dates and times for estimates with other companies. You run into no shows, disrespectful people! And on and on. FINALLY! I found Paradigm. Jason was from the very start a pleasure to work with. He made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. When I called or sent him an email, he contacted us back promptly. As a matter of fact, I had emailed him late at night and he answered right away. I don't expect that during off hours, but he's that good! He and his Team were very kind, respectful and a Joy. Our roof was done in a day and it looks spectacular!! They showed up on time, worked really hard and their cleaning was right on point. I had worried that maybe a nail or something would be left behind. We have Fur-babies(dogs). However, my husband informed me that they have a awesome tool that's magnetic. So nothing was left behind. Besides all of this...this company gave us everything we wanted and was the best fit for our budget. Please do yourself a favor and stop your search! You've found the best Company around! Thank you once again Mr.Jason Culter & Team! April & Dennis H.

First class operation from beginning to end. Even went through the yard and picked it clean of debris when they were done. Jason is the consummate professional!

I gave these guys a rough job and they went above and beyond... Weather became a factor so they worked from dawn till dusk on a Saturday and Sunday to complete the job... Prompt, professional, and the price was great... Highly recommended... I'll be hiring these guys for other projects...

I highly recommend Paradigm. Jason was great help and kept in constant contact.
I have a combination shingle and rubber roof on a two story commercial property. The rubber roof had sever damage from ice and snow and was leaking badly. His crew completed the job in one day. Just before the rains returned. Saved me a lot of interior damage. Excellent cleanup and fair pricing. A+
