- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing off weather we pick-up/drop-off, or the equipment is brought in, what the problem is, how many and what parts it will take to fix, and also the labor time of the repair. We also have retail items which are consistent prices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff constantly updates their knowledge and we all take refresher courses. There is always something new to learn, and we want to stay on top of that!
