They did a miraculous job with my boyfriends house. Despite it being a large task they were quick, efficient, and professional. Jackie kept me up to date about the progress of the job and even took pictures of the final product for me because I wasn't able to be there in person to see it. My boyfriend is delighted with the result. I will definitely use 3 of a Kind for my future home cleaning needs.

Jackie and Shawn showed up with all the proper equipments to help cut my oversized boxspring in half so they could carry it up the narrow and short stairs. They were friendly and professional, and the job was done in a flash. Highly recommended!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to take into consideration that not everyone wants the same thing done, so please ask questions Im willing to work around or with any issues or scheduling problems that may arise. I also can adjust price to match your cleaning needs! A Quote is just that nothing is better than a face to face walk through an explaining exactly what you want done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Allowing them to tell me what they expect and letting them know I can meet there expectations. An for those that are not sure yet we can talk our way through it an figure out what they are wanting to get out of our meeting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifetime! I started just going to work with my step-mom when I was little then got job at hotel worked way up then moved to Florida worked for my future mother n law in Tampa Bay area. Moved home to Indiana raised 2 great messy sons an 1 husband and I believe that they were my best training!
