FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive in our pricing. Customers tell us we are a good value compared to other electricians they have previously dealt with. We have fair and honest pricing and if we can save you money we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer usually gives us a call to discuss the job. We then set up a time for a quote in person if the need presents itself. Sometimes we handle the whole process through text message if the customer is a texter. We also receive quote request and inquiries from the ******************************. Some calls are booked as a service call and some calls are quoted. Once the quote is accepted we schedule the job and complete it as agreed. Then the customer gives us a excellent review and uses us again for all their future electrical needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed master electrician that was tested and not grandfathered into the license. This means I actually passed the exam required for licensing. I also attended two years at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College for two degrees in Electrical Technology. I also breifly taught electricity in public high school.
