John quoted me a price for my bathroom remodel and stuck to it. He did not add costs as the project progressed. I trusted John to work in my home while I wasn't there. He brought in additional workers in order to make the deadline and did not pass their costs on to me. My family is very satisfied with our new bathroom and we will use John again on future projects. I recommend Malloy's Restoration.

Let me start with saying I am a new homeowner and I have never had to do any repairs to a house before so I was nervous. John took my anxiety away. He was so easy to work with and very good at his job. He's very fair in price and he gets the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to get some work done on their house. I will be working with him again when I'm ready to make some updates.

I would highly recommend John Malloy. He came to my house under the worst road confitions .He was communicative ,solved the problem and was very courteous and hard-working.
