Bernie came and put a cocktail table together for me, and it came out perfect! He was friendly and professional, he put safety strips on the stairs as I had a recent fall. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive and detailed. We also offer seniors , police and military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer via phone and set up an appointment to come and physically see the the project and where the work is going to take place.
I then edtablish the cost of the project and then if the customer wants to move forward I create a propsal listing all the scope of work and of the project along with cost and payment details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 yrs experince in concrete construction.
I have a drgree in business management along with over 25 yrs in the construction trade overall. I have several years experience with property and routine maintenance . I have four properties myself that I have renovated and rent. I grew up in construction and have experience with all phases in residential and light commercial.
