We have had Royal Properties to our house over the years for many projects! They deliver the best service every time! They are knowledgeable and helpful on just about any project around the house big or small! They have helped us hang shelves, pictures and have shaved down old doors so they will shut properly. We plan on having them back for larger projects as well. We need a new deck and a bathroom remodel! We are confident that we will love the finished product! Thanks Ben, Noah and Brit!!!

1. Our pricing is NOT the cheapest nor the most expensive. A good value is when you divide the price by the work! So we bring a lot of work ethic to the table, over $10,000 on our vehicle at all times, and a family owned, high quality guarantee of who it is in your house.
2. We price smaller jobs by the hour, and can also price jobs as a whole- not by time.
