And here, I'll add Work Quality and Punctuality. Mr. Brake arrived on the dot. When I described my problem, he went right to work, using an amazing variety of analytic tools. His immediate diagnosis proved to be correct, but he didn't stop with fixing the problem; rather, he performed a number of electronic tools to make sure that my computer was in tip-top shape. I'll be sure to call on him again the next time I need help!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 flat rate for device installations (PCs/printers) that take approximately an hour to complete. $60 for PC virus removal/troubleshooting. $15 may be added if travel is required greater than 50 miles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College graduate in 2004 with an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology. Network+ and Cisco CCNA certified since 2017.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I left my previous job of eight years and renewed my college education by gaining new certifications with CompTIA and Cisco.
