The contractor called about having to go to the hospital on the day of the prior appointment. We have set up another meeting to scope the job. (prior review) Need to communicate. I have had a meeting to review the project on my calendar for several days. I made a special trip to my house earlier than I normally leave work to accommodate the contractor. He was no show and did not pick up when I called for follow up. That’s not a good way to start a project.
