- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Davis Moving & Hauling LLC, we believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Every estimate is based on the size of the job, distance, labor required, and any special items. We provide free estimates before work begins. We may also offer discounts for seniors, veterans, repeat customers, or multiple services booked together whenever possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the customer's moving or hauling needs over the phone or by message. After gathering the details, we provide a free estimate and answer any questions. Once the customer approves the quote, we schedule the service, arrive on time, carefully complete the job, and make sure the customer is satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on moving, hauling, loading, unloading, and customer service. We understand proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, and safe transportation practices. We take pride in handling every job carefully and professionally while treating every customer's belongings with the same respect we would give our own property.
