- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 an hour is the general rate. Paint, Stain, flooring, pressure washing projects are priced by the square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a straight forward repair, it's just done! No B.S. Bigger projects or ones that have uncovered complications are discussed with client and solutions and costs presented.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpentry, my grandfather was a master and taught me plenty. General building & handyman, my father. Tile work is all me! Years and years of using tile as a exercise of creative output. I have the callused knees for life! Woodworking and Trim work was all on the job training from the best in Louisville. All of my college & Tech is mostly in Electronics and Computers. So, other than building code courses, mathematics and physics that can be applied, nothing there.
