Introduction: I create meals reminiscent of a simpler time. Having grown up helping my grandmother and great-grandmother cook Southern favorites, I am well-versed in class Southern cooking. Whether you prefer chicken and dumplings, meatloaf, creamy homemade mac and cheese (or all the above), I am the personal chef for you! I specialize in Southern cooking making almost everything from scratch. By using the best ingredients (organic, local, humane), my dishes are hearty, healthy and delicious!
