- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due so many variables in home improvement projects, and an ever changing market in materials we do not use a set calculation for our services. We compare pricing on a regular basis to stay competitive, and we pass our material savings directly to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to meet our customer first to evaluate the project site, get an understanding of the customers needs, future goals with the overall site, and to create a project plan that best fits the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the construction field and on job site as far back as I can remember. My father was a handyman and still does work for the company.
