We had a wacky power problem. Given we have an older home with a mix of old and new wiring, it could have been a complex problem. Michael quickly diagnosed we had a utility problem and referred us to Duke energy. He even assisted with placing the service call by describing what he determined. Once the utility company repaired the problem he followed up to ensure everything was resolved. Michael’s quick action and knowledge got us the help we needed right away. I will certainly contact him again for electrical repair, and highly recommend him.

Michael was great! He and I communicated on the thumbtack app and his responses were timely and efficient. Michael showed up on time was pleasant and professional. We reviewed what our issue was and he got right to work. In a very short time, he replaced the malfunctioning Arch Fault Circuit breaker. When he was complete, he picked up all of his tools and left the workspace as he found it. I would Highly recommend Michael for your electrical needs.
