Jeff is absolutely fantastic. He came out on short notice for a free estimate and it was clear right away that he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues with our shower and what caused the leak. Then, he walked me through all the options, making sure I understood and could choose the best approach for me. The work itself was exceptional. he replaced the entire valve and shower system with attention to detail. See photo - he also set up the backend of the plumbing so that I could easily check things out and maintain it! Jeff worked efficiently but never rushed, ensuring everything was done right the first time. What really stood out was Jeff’s professionalism and communication. He showed up exactly when he said he would, kept the work area clean, and made sure we were completely satisfied before finishing up. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with customer service, but Jeff delivers on both fronts. We’re thrilled with the results and Jeff is now our go-to plumber for both water and gas now! If you’re looking for someone who does quality work at a fair price and treats your home with respect, Jeff is your guy. Highly recommend!
