AMAZING. I messages at 9pm on a Friday night about a leaking water heater that was in need of a replacement and he responded immediately. Everyone else gave me super high quotes for a replacement price & even high quotes to come out and take a look- while also saying they couldn’t schedule me until Monday.
Jeff set everything up with me Friday night and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in his subject. He came on time Saturday morning and was extremely pleasant. Our new water heater was installed within a few hours and everything is working perfectly. I’m so SO happy I can take a hot shower tonight and even happier I came to thumbtack and found Jeff.
