It was easy to schedule an appointment and he showed up right when he said he would. He problem solved my dishwasher issue and checked out the rest of the dishwasher to make sure it was OK. He found the right part and offered to have me order it to save money or he could order it and come back and install it. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help me maintain a useful piece of equipment.

He arrived exactly when he said he would. He thoroughly checked out my washer and found the problem. I was so pleased because I had been taken by a scammer who took money for a part I didn't need and never came back.

Brandon was very responsive. He showed up the same day and figured out the problem with my washer. Within a few days he received the parts needed and showed up the evening to install them. Washer is working great now!

I cannot say enough good things about BV Reynolds LLC. After normal business hours—at 9:30 pm—he came out without hesitation, knowing I work an atypical schedule and simply don’t have the flexibility to wait days for an appointment.
He quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired the washing machine efficiently, ran full tests, and even ran an actual load to be absolutely certain everything was working properly before leaving. The level of thoroughness and professionalism was outstanding.
Reliable, skilled, respectful of time, and genuinely caring. This is the kind of professional you hope to find and keep. Highly, highly recommended.
