It was easy to schedule an appointment and he showed up right when he said he would. He problem solved my dishwasher issue and checked out the rest of the dishwasher to make sure it was OK. He found the right part and offered to have me order it to save money or he could order it and come back and install it. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help me maintain a useful piece of equipment.
