I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about our experience with Brandon. He was quick to reply to my messages, was available during the time that I needed him most and was extremely prompt, professional and efficient with the repair of our GE oven. He had it back up and running beautifully in less than an hour and even gave us recommendations on other DIY measures to make sure it continues to run properly moving forward.
