Didn’t have a major repair with my Samsung washer but had an unexpected turn of events when a laundry cap got lost in the washer. He was very understanding and went above and beyond to get the cap out of an area that was looking unreachable. Truly was very helpful and punctual.

Brandon did a great job coming out to assess our washing machine that was having issues. He responded within the hour and was here same day. Brandon quickly got to the root of the problem and recognized that it would be much more cost efficient to replace the washing machine than to undertake an expensive repair.
