I was just getting an estimate for lawn care. They were promt and responded quickly. However, my backyard is somewhat difficult to access with large equipment. They looked at it for about 2 minutes and said they couldn't get their mower back there. They left. They later messaged me saying they might be able to get a mower back there. I already had another company come out and they took the job.
