About
Remember, recording is not a do-it- yourself project! And all that matters is the sound! You don't buy a guitar on Monday and do a gig on Saturday. But now anyone with a computer and $1000 can buy recording equipment, set it up and instantly become a 'recording engineer'.I have over 30 years experience recording, mixing and mastering every genre of music. And this ain't in no basement!
Pretty much everything. I love the fact that I have the knowledge, experience, gear and space to handle any size project from a single artist to a choir or orchestra. I love giving artists a high quality product at a fair and low price. Love being a musician and producer and being able to guide folks through the recording, mixing, mastering and final product process.

Ric was excellent. It was our first time here and he put us at ease. Recording studio was clean, warm and had great acoustics. Will definitely be going back!

I was very pleased with the quality of the studio and Ric's editing of my demo disc. It was clear that Ric knew his stuff and even spoke with me briefly about his time in the industry.
The price of the work was reasonable given the time and work put into it. I left the studio feeling that I really got my money's worth. I would recommend him to anyone looking to record a demo or work on any other sound project.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My studio rate is $50. per hour, or buy five hours for $250. and you get the 6th hour FREE! And I can produce, record, mix, and master your project and can get you CDs at my wholesale price, as low as 50 cents per cd
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer if possible for a
Pre-production meeting to plan their recording project, then I record the artist or group, provide my services as a producer if needed, get session musicians, again if needed, or I can create a music track using my MIDI system, live guitar, bass, and keyboards for a single artist to record their vocals and instruments. My advantage with groups is that the studio is large enough, with isolation areas for drums, and amps to record the entire band at one time and still repair any mistakes, which is a much more natural way of recording and SAVES YOU MONEY!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been a musician my whole life, recording engineer and producer professionally for 30 years, recorded, mixed and/or mastered over 500 records, cassette, and CDs and mp3's including a Grammy-nominated CD
