She was prompt and prepared but had to reschedule to finish what turned out to be a bigger job than she anticipated. She did a pretty good job: locked a doorknob I ask not be locked, had to break it to get back in and left with the sink backed up- and did not contact me- told my neighbor to tell me.

I was happy until I went into my bedroom and my daughters and seen she just stuffed clothes in the closet instead of hung. She just stuffed crap wherever she could instead of putting it away in a organized manor. I will not use again.

So sorry you wasn't happy. I did not stuff anything in your closet that stuff was already there. Those pillows I had on the bed. And that table was completely cleaned off when I left. I did everything you ask me to do. Just remember I wasn't the one who took 300.00 from you. I'm a very honest person and never leave a job unfinished. You was very pleased when I left.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I set is always based on the job. For example a 3 bedroom 2 bath house every 2 weeks I would charge $85.00. So it always very on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first cleaning is to show the customer what type of work I provide. The customer needs to feel comfortable with me cleaning their home. After the first cleaning the customer has a option to hire me on a weekly, bi weekly or monthly cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience I started at Merry Maids years ago. Then I just set my mind to the goals I wanted to reach. Which were starting my own cleaning service.
