Their work was excellent and I will definitely use them again. But, they didn't mop the kitchen floor which I didn't notice until after they left. Also, they put all my clean wash cloths in my clothes drawers after I told them to put them in the linen closet which I showed them.

Very poor business model. They look at ways to keep the money paid as advance and never mention any cancellation or access issue charge before booking (when they promised to adjust the amount in the next cleaning). They will just keep your money and ask you to look for another provider. Highly unreliable and terrible way of treating customers.

After waiting on site and attempting to coordinate with both you and the final client, the appointment was canceled by the client side. We strive to compensate our professional cleaners for their time and travel when a no show occurs, which is why a fee applies when we are unable to perform the service upon arrival.
We value clear communication and regret any misunderstanding regarding our arrival policies during the booking process. We wish you the best in your future projects.
