Taylor was the only person that talked to me about what I was looking for or needing before she said she could provide the exact service I needed. She is able to provide the customized plan to fit my needs and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of services I wasn’t looking for, unlike others I had contacted.     Cost is typically: $15-20/week for Fitness Coaching $12-20/week for Nutrition Coaching

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    During our first session, I will ask questions about: Your life, your occupation, your lifestyle, your current relationship with your personal health and fitness, and finally I will ask about your goals. From there we will come up with a plan that fits all aspects of your life to reach them.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I'm ISSA and ACTION Certified in Personal Training, ISSA Certified in Nutrition, and CPR Certified. I have worked with close to 100 different people over the years, working with each individual to bring them closer to their goals. Before coaching 1-on-1, I was a Fitness Instructor for 2 years.
