- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are sets of pricing. Base pricing which can range from $15 to $50 for work with software fixes, hardware fixes, network and etc for a simple job. The secondary is negotiable pricing if the job is complex and requires multiple types of work. Third is for ongoing work that is requested by you the customer it be your Tech support with a contract or other needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is to see what their needs are and to understand them. Every one is unique and needs to be treated properly. Second to make sure that they understand what the process will be to insure they are satisfied with the price and the work that needs to be done. I am happy to walk you through the process of how I found a issue and even go through how I fixed the problem. In an example say a person has a network problem with their printer they are trying to connect to the network. I would need to first diagnose the issue to make sure that is the actual problem and if I find it's simple as a unplugged cable if you prepaid I would not charge and give a benefit for next time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Information Technology Diploma from Franklin County Kentucky Trade School in 2008. College experience from Kentucky State University 2008 to 2011 in Computer Science.
