After a freeze flooded our apartment and garage, our insurance agent referred us to Sycamore Foundation, even before the agent could see the damage. Meredith responded the next day to assess the situation. It was way more extensive than we had expected. Ceilings, flooring, drywall, and broken plumbing had to be removed quickly so the building could dry before mold grew. It was the first disaster of this magnitude we had ever experienced. Meredith helped us understand how the salvage and restoration process would work. He began immediately and reassured us. More importantly, Meredith anticipated how the insurance company would respond and he gave us good advice. He worked long hours and remained in frequent communication until the building was completely restored. We are grateful to Meredith and his team, and the contractors that he recommended and coordinated for the restoration.

Sycamore did mitigation work at my mother's house. While we were there they let us know what was going on every step of the way. They even handled the alot of the claims process with the insurance company. They were really a blessing to have on site.
