- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I would assess your current a/c or furnace (if it’s in working condition) and determine where any improvements can be made; this could be a repair, ductwork modification, or a simple cleaning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I have over 20 years of experience with annual continuing education (required by state for licensing). - Carrier University attendee (in Syracuse).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m a fourth generation HVAC technician - it’s in my blood!
