Ryan saved my day. I have been working in my mother's house that has heating issues. I reached out to him this morning around 0200, in hopes of getting him out to my house first thing in the morning.
He showed up promptly at 0800. Ryan was very professional. He diagnosed my issues gave me options to get the system up and running again. I felt he was honest and his quote seemed reasonable. He completed the work promptly.
I don't live in Louisville, but will definitely contact him should I experience any HVAC issue when I return to in the spring to sell the house.
