We will use years of experience, your input and the needs of your home to pick out which service and products suit your needs best. What to expect: When you contact us with an inquiry about your home we typically like to schedule an appointment to come out to your property. Once there we will prepare an estimate for you, show you the product(s) that best suit your home and discuss a time frame of when we can start and complete your project. If at any point you have any questions or concerns you will have direct access to owner and operator Scott Cranmer. As the Owner/Operator of Kentuckiana Exterior Renovations I deal with every aspect of the business but on any given day you will most likely find me installing gutters, windows or siding along side my crews. I have been doing home renovations since I was about 17 or 18 years old and my favorite part of the renovating process is seeing something old, tired, worn out or broken renewed to its original glory or better. I have been in business for myself for 11 years and opened Kentuckiana Exterior Renovations in 2014.

Had vinyl soffits, pvc aluminum trim (facia boards), and seamless gutters completed/installed. GREAT PRICE. Crew didn't clean up the greatest, and I had to request a bit of the work be redone so it was right. Could have been owner pickiness, But overall they did a great job. End result looks fantastic. Owner (Scott) was super nice to the family and came out a couple of times before work even started to ensure our choices were what we got. Siding was another company two years ago but with the quality install and value I would have chosen Scott if I'd known of his company then.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the home renovation business for about 15 years. I started out of high school working on a crew rehabbing houses and quickly turned to working on exteriors. I have been doing gutters for over 11 years and you won't find anyone else who is more knowledgeable about gutters and gutters protection in Louisville, Kentucky. I hold my crews to the same high standard that I do for myself.
