Introduction: Pilates Fit Studio is a boutique Pilates studio located in the metro Louisville area (Crestwood, KY), offering the highest standard of classical Pilates. Utilizing all of the apparatus such as the reformer, tower units, barrels, and chairs, we offer private and duet instruction, small group equipment classes, and Avatar/Open Gym hours. We do all of this with Certified Instructors who believe in a classical, systematic, and integrated approach to Pilates to help you meet your fitness goals.
