I used this company for an exterior deck replacement in the fall. They used non treated lumber for support beams which is already breaking / rotting away. Several boards are coming up because they werent secured properly. Ive tried contacting them multiple times about the poor quality but they wont return my calls. Be warned. Do NOT use this company.Update: after posting a one star review, the company contacted me to try and solve the problem. They advised that the wood was pressure treated, added metal wrap to hide some of the poor craftsmanship, and reattached the faulty boards. Overall, the deck was just built as very rough carpentry when I paid a finish carpentry price. At this point, theres not much that can be done so Ill just live with it.
