Steve and his crew did an impeccable job restoring the brick steps to our home. The quality of their work and attention to detail is absolutely remarkable. First let me say, the work Steve did was good, no issues there. I had to wait on him for almost a month and continue to follow up to see if he was coming. He originally told me it would be 1000. Then he tells me it’s going to 1300. I had to leave town so I gave the money to my husband. Then he had him pay 1800. So almost double what he quoted. He didn’t do any of the dealing with my husband, it was me. He didn’t call me to get more money he just had him pay 500 more when he finished. That was not professional. 1800 for a 3 hour job repairing part of my front stoop is very expensive. Once again, the work was good. I think he took advantage on the pricing once he got there. No written estimate just a price that almost doubled when he finally showed up.
