I work in the country music industry, so I travel a lot. We hired Carla to do biweekly dusting and deep cleans of our bathroom, as otherwise we keep a clean home. There were several instances she no-showed last minute and voted illness, and we were incredibly understanding, however she quit with no notice citing a “long drive” to our house (we are 30 minutes from Morehead), and left us in a huge bind. She does a fantastic job with the bathrooms, however when I went to dust this week before our guests arrived, there were months of dust piled up on everything. We were very disappointed because as a person, we really enjoyed her.

I cannot say enough good about Carla. She and her family have helped us tremendously. From caring for our pets while we travel, to house cleaning, simple home fixes that I was never going to get around to. She does it all. She cleans and organizes so well. She’s been coming constantly for months. She always shows up when she says she will. She does a fantastic job, more than what is asked. As a working mom, I don’t know how I ever made it without her. She’s very trustworthy. I am always thankful and impressed with her. She is a kind, honest and hardworking person.
