Buyer/Existing Home Inspections Rates include living space, unfinished basements, and crawl spaces. Prices do not fluctuate with the design or features of the home or business. Re-inspections are on repaired items only listed in the report....................................$100.00

I first find out what level of inspection services are needed. Every situation is unique and I tailor my services to the needs of my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To become a licensed home inspector in Kentucky, I must: #1 Complete an approved pre-licensing course #2 Pass a state exam #3 Follow a Standards of Practice approved by the State of Kentucky Each licensee who renews a license in KY is required to have 14 hours of Continuing Education. Per Kentucky amendments to 815 KAR 6:010 (effective Sep 4, 2015) regarding Continuing Education requirements are: (3) Prior to renewal, the continuing education shall include a minimum of: * Three (3) hours in manufactured housing (face-to-face); *Three (3) hours in KRS Chapter 198B and 815 KAR Chapter 6 (face-to-face); * Three (3) hours in report writing (face-to-face); and * Five (5) hours in technical courses, including identification and determination, as applicable within the standards of practice.
