I Understand that in my line of work, it's a luxury to be able to have someone clean for you, Not a must have thing and there is plenty of company's out there to choose from, So I try to be as detailed as possible, I clean my client's houses as if they were my house, and I really love what I do.I think that matters, and I think that's what makes me different from everyone else out there.Is that I take great pride in what I do and I always ask myself when I get done in a room"Would I be Satisfied if this was my house" and if I wouldn't be, then I do it until I would be. And I stand behind my work 100%, if the client isn't happy then I'll do it until they are!!! In a bussiness where it isn't a must have service, you have to have something that sets you apart from every other cleaning service, and I'm always aware of that and doing everything I can to make sure I do that everyday. everyone knows how to clean but not everyone knows how to it well, and that's where I'm different in order to do it well you have to take pride and love it . And I do both

My house has never looked so great!!! AAA+++ service, professionalism, price but still down to earth....made me feel unashamed of my 1" dust. I have A LOT of Nick nacks sitting out and hanging on my walls. These were even cleaned. My wood floors look brand new. She even put up with all my cats and my husband too 😁. I will never hire another cleaning service ever again. Very happy customer

WOMAN POWER!!! Shannon and her team did an absolutely phenomenal job! As happens sometimes, life takes priority and not the housework... until it gets to the point where it becomes overwhelming. Shannon understood, and she and her team were undeterred. I was skeptical they could get the job done in one day, but Shannon reassured me they could. And they did! From the moment they hit the door until the time they left, they operated at one speed - overdrive! If they could see it, they cleaned it. And not just wipe over it, they DEEP cleaned it. I know what clean looks like, and Shannon and her team FAR exceeded expectations! I will DEFINITELY be hiring again!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm asked sometimes why are my prices higher then some of my competition. The only thing I can say about that is I tried to price with my competition and I lost Money and one of my clients said Shannon you got to know your worth! So I realize that I clean differently then most, I'm very detailed and OCD and I only know one way to clean it's all I've known. There's cleaning company that will bring 3 or 4 people and hurry up and get in and out while missing alot of things. Actually more things are missed with more people. My prices might be a lil higher but so is the quality of the work. I've never had a client tell me they feel like they paid to much once I finished the job.For the Quality of work I provide I think my prices are fair as do my clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
try to make sure that the Customer knows what they are getting for the price There paying, I try to find out but they Want That Way when I give a price, I can Make it based off their need's and the condition of the house,My goal is to give 100% Customer Satisfaction and put a Lil pride and Hard work into given That!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With a big company who just wanted Quantities not quality,They Didn't pay their employees hardly any thing! Charge a 100$ and pay me 22.50$ and No Customer services Anymore! So I'm going to try to bring it back!!
