Terrible! My booking was confirmed through Thumbtack and I thought I was good to go. I sent Dads with Daughters a message two days prior and didn't receive an immediate response. No biggie. Sent another message to check in one day before the move, and heard back from them 2.5 hours before they were supposed to arrive that since they didn't "officially" confirm (whatever that means), they were busy with other jobs and weren't going to show up.
Totally bad business. If you can't make a move, at least have the courtesy to say so.
