Had them come out to find a leak I couldn't locate. Found it quick and fortunately started with identifying in the liner rather than the pipes, etc. Put on a patch and took the next steps to review the rest of the pool as well just in case. Also assisted with putting my liner back on the track free of charge. Great experience!

Beware: if you are going to use this company DO NOT use TJ. When he came out the first time he could not locate the leak, and while we declined the service of drilling small holes into the foundation, he said 'this is where your leak is located along this wall' and indicated with his hands. Our plumber came out, started drilling a large hole and there was no leak 🤦♀️ That day was completely wasted and we had a huge hole in the master bedroom for no reason. Called TJ out again, and that time he did drill in our laundry room but was still off by several feet. It's worth mentioning that when we had our plumbers come out a second time and we told them where the new location was, they were flabbergasted and upset they had also wasted their time drilling in a completely wrong location- the master and laundry room are more than 35 ft apart. The plumbers did not trust the location of where TJ said the leak was located (this time in the laundry room) and urged us to call american leak detector back but very a different technician OR call a different company. We decided to call a different company. The company that came out and found the leak was accurate within a foot in the laundry room, while TJ was still off by several feet. Also, the technician was more than willing to allow us to view his thermal device and also listen to audio sounds of the leak, none of which TJ did. It was a if he knew the leak wasn't in the master bedroom to begin with and just gave us the run around. It's worth noting that both the plumber and the other leak detection company worked professionally with TJ and said he is incompetent and basically doesn't know what he is doing. Because of TJ, we are out thousands of dollars- everyone's time, resources, and most importantly my money, was wasted.
