From initial inquiry to work completed took approximately 24 hours. The tech was very professional and was in contact with me throughout the entire process. I needed repairs on my gutters and siding after a wind storm. The tech not only took care of the requested project, but took the time to identify and correct other small issues without charging more than the previously agreed upon rate. First thing is to get a appointment set up with customers. Come out diagnose the issues that are going on. Write a quote if signed set date and time with customer to come out and complete repairs

I have roughly 14 years experience in the roofing trade. I have done almost everything possible when it comes to the roofing system. I also have experience in other areas such as siding, gutters, interior etc.
