They did a great job. Responded quickly & fixed the issue in a timely manner. They were also respectful of our space, making sure to put down rugs and used rags to clean up extra water that may have spilled. Total time was less than 15 minutes for them to fix the issue. For over two weeks I was dealing with a slow-draining bathtub. I called and they came out the next day and found a blob of gunk in the drain and explained to me how to limit that gunk going forward. They were super nice and put everything back how they found it. I'd definitely recommend them for your drains!
