I am thorough when it comes to cleaning. I do it right the first time, and in a timely manner. I always check over my work, and make sure to do exactly what someone wants done. I talk to my clients first to see what their priorities are, and ask questions to ensure they are getting the service they want. I try to go beyond what might be the usual clean for someone if they need extras done, without charging extra. I am dependable, and self starter.
I like people, and I like helping others. I actually like to clean, and I know what I'm d going after yrs of experience. I have been in supervisory positions, as well as head of housekeeping and I enjoy working with the public. I'm so pleased with the move-out cleaning services that Shannon provided. She arrived late but had traveled from quite a distance. She not only cleaned my empty apartment well but she offered assistance in clearing out a few last things. She did a great job!

Goes above and beyond. Every large or small request we had Shannon met. I will only use this company for all of my tenants move outs. Shonnons Cleaning also took time to inform us about maintence work that MUST be completed that my property managers didnt inform me about.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really, just try to make it affordable, and at the same time make sure I don't leave myself no profit. I normally go based on what needs to be done, and how long that will take. I factor in having pets, a smokers home, and gas to travel to and from. I also account for me providing supplies.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am actually going to school online currently.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Not sure really. I was working in home health care for yrs. I really enjoyed taking care of others and their homes. Somehow ended up needing more hrs, a friend sent me to a hotel by Hilton that was hiring. I got hired, stayed for a few yrs, and stuck with it, I was in a position to be able to train, and inspect rooms, so went from there with recommendations that got me to a supervisory position for a janitorial company that contracted with businesses. I enjoyed my work, and I was good at my job, so stuck with it. Before moving a couple of yrs ago to here I was working for Merry Maids. I am going to school online right now , but still wanted to continue cleaning.
