- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will quote an hourly rate, however I am happy to offer discounts if you'd like to prepay for a set number of sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll send you a welcome packet via email, along with a client profile to help me get to know you. We'll set up a time for our first phone call, at which time we can decide how often you would like for your coaching sessions to happen. I recommend 3-4 a month to get started. I'll also provide a link to a free online course I created to provide content that will reinforce the topics we discuss.
