- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Titan's Junk Removal we believe in fair, transparent pricing. Our rates are primarily volume base price's for junk removal. We also do some pricing based on the job. Every job is unique, so pricing may vary depending on factors such as item weight, stairs, labor required, demolition. We understand that every customer's situation is different, which is why we strive to be flexible whenever possible. We offer some discounts, and payment arrangements on qualifying jobs to help make our service's more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to provide honest pricing, excellent service, and a hassle-free experience. We start with a free estimate. Some jobs can be priced based on pictures and information provided. Other jobs do require an in person quote to give more accurate pricing. We will travel to you free of charge if this is needed. We strive to get the job done asap when the customer needs. Some jobs require a down payment at the beginning of the job and the remaining upon completion of the job. We work with everyone, when possible, to ensure an easy process of getting your needs met.
