Richard and his partner did an excellent job building our permanent gazebo. Every contact with Richard was professional and I enjoyed communicating with him. The word that comes to mind when I consider my experience with Richard is “cool” Richard is polite and professional and also has a sense of humor, thus Richard is cool!
