RLC was responsive right away to my call for a gazebo to be put together. They stayed in touch through some bad weather, but showed up right away to do the job in one day as soon as weather cleared. They were professional in addressing my concerns about getting the gazebo solidly anchored, and left the work area just as they had found it, taking all trash with them. The gazebo looks great! I highly recommend this co. for gazebo construction.

I've been trying to get this review out for over a week, but I keep forgetting the gentleman's name who assembled my gazebo. Unlike the first person I encountered, let me emphasize, not through RLC HANDYMAN, (who in fact was a very scary pervert, so beware of the unknown "pros" you hire to come either in your home ,or on your property! Thumtack does not do background checks, or anything for that matter, nor does ANGI or any of those other middleman pro finders. Anyway, RLC HANDYMAN, totally changed my mind about this scary situation and I would more than highly recommend this gentleman to each and everyone, I ever meet. Professional, Respectful, hard, honest worker, did a wonderful job. I am sooo happy with my gazebo now, when I was soo traumatized by the first pervert I was exposed to initially, from a totally different stated company on Thumbtack. Than God I don't see his info on Thumtack anymore. Just be very, very aware, also careful and go with your GUT feelings. Honesty is a hard commodity to come by, these days, just remember this. My 10x 14 permanent gazebo came with missing pieces. He put together the pieces that were shipped. When the missing panels arrived, he made a return trip to install the roof panels. Very professional and easy to work with.

Richard showed up to install our gazebo by himself. At first I was taken back that he would even attempt this. His knowledge and experience was incredible. He knows what he’s doing and he finished the job in 5 hours I was super impressed. All of the five star reviews that they receive are no joke. Thank you Richard for working through the freezing cold to get this done. Definitely would recommend.
