FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Spray-Net Southern Kentucky, we don’t guess or price based on your zip code. Instead, we use an on-site evaluation combined with our Spray-Network™ software, which applies a set of proprietary algorithms to give you a custom, unbiased quote based on the specifics of your project — like surface type, size, condition, and prep work required. This ensures you're getting a fair, transparent price that reflects the scope of work — not your address. Every estimate is clear, itemized, and comes with zero pressure to commit. And of course, everything we do is backed by our 15-year warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to learn more about your project, answer any initial questions, and make sure Spray-Net is the right fit for what you’re looking to do. If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll schedule a free on-site consultation to walk the property with you, evaluate the surfaces, and talk through color options, finishes, and what to expect. You’ll get to see real product samples and learn how our factory-quality coatings work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and process improvement — all of which have shaped how I run Spray-Net Southern Kentucky. I know how to lead teams, follow processes, and deliver consistent results. Before launching my business, I completed Spray-Net’s intensive hands-on training, which includes surface prep, coating application, color science, and use of our proprietary Spray-Network™ quoting system. I also attended production training in Atlanta, where we completed a live job from start to finish — giving me real experience in the field before ever stepping into a customer’s home. As the owner/operator, I’m directly involved in making sure every project meets our high standards — and it’s all backed by a 15-year warranty.
