My name is Cody Morgan and I am the owner of Gleam and Glisten Cleaning Services, LLC. I know some people say or think it’s weird when they see a man running a cleaning business, but that’s okay, I enjoy it quite a bit and enjoy talking with new people and meeting new people daily and seeing bright, smiling faces every time a job gets done! It’s absolutely amazing! So there is absolutely no shame in my game 😊 This isn’t the only business I run, so I actually do have employees who help out and do MOST of the work. The girls are absolutely amazing. They do amazing work and are very loyal and trustworthy. Most importantly, we all care about YOUR SATISFACTION. 😃 To me, that means a lot if it’s coming from someone else. We do try and make sure you are 100% satisfied. The one bad review on my page was absolutely terrible. Of course out of Facebook, and this app, it is the only bad review so you have to know something was going on. It was a 400 dollar job and we had about 30 different white rags that were actually black after the cleaning, but she claimed nothing was clean. It was a mansion and I will admit that there were a couple of things that were looked over (accidentally)! But I received no payment at all, sadly. But it is okay, I just hope to not encounter someone like that ever again! So if anything ever does happen like that, I would be more than happy to come and fix it, I will drive wherever I have to, just for a 5 minute fix, as long as you are happy with it and absolutely satisfied! 😊
I believe that’s enough of the bad, let’s talk about the good, we are Licensed, Insured, and Bonded. We are protected in your home, and your home is protected 100% in case of any type of problem. We have never had a problem like that and I hope we never do have a problem that requires even having to speak to insurance company! But it’s just there for all of ours and yours safety. 😃 So with that being said we may be just a little higher priced than the average person claiming to run a business that isn’t licensed, insured, or bonded, but I do promise you, even if nothing bad will happen, it’s still a great idea to spend a little extra money in the process. We can work together and figure out a price that is good for you and I both. I do what I can to help and make sure I’m not absolutely breaking anyone’s bank account. 😂 I understand during these hard times of Covid, things can be very tough for most people (as well as me because business has slowed down majorly. We are able to get to you very quickly and on pretty short notice in today’s time. So if you would like to get your home, apartment, or any type of building or business cleaned, we can help you out and get your area gleaming and glistening.
