What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sound bar mount $40 2+ $30 Surround Sound Install including amplifier set up, speaker and subwoofer install(basic) and calibration. $200 Specialty Surround Sound Install $350 includes in wall speaker install, multiple speaker zones, etc. For further pricing please don't hesitate to ask. In home estimates and over the phones are free. We also provide discounts for bundled or larger installs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After 1st introduction I request a street address so I can officially place you on the schedule. Once we agree on date and time I maintain constant contact for anyone that has questions or concerns. Typically I confirm our appointment the day or morning before if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm studying to get my CTS. Which is my Technology Specialist Certification. I've been a Home Entertainment Professional for 8 years. I've been doing pressure washing, seal coating and staining for 10.
