Andrei was quick to answer when I called labs was able to come out the next day. Gladly the fix was an easy one and the price was way cheaper than I have experienced with other companies that I have called. Andrei was available to come for a service call the same day. He quickly assessed my air conditioning failure, repaired and cleaned my unit, and advised me on how to maintain it to extend its life. He is extremely friendly, communicative, and priced very fairly.

He is very knowledgeable in HVAC, and I would highly recommend him. In fact, during the completion of a recent repair, I decided to switch to his twice-yearly Service Agreement, from my past local A/C Company for the last 2 years. We had an outstanding experience with this HVAC company. After our home warranty company said it would be an entire week during one of the hottest stretches of the season before they could get a technician to us, we reached out to VIP Heating & Cooling after hours hoping for any help at all. They responded quickly and were able to squeeze us in the very next day, which alone was a huge relief.From start to finish, the technician went above and beyond to get our AC up and running again. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what they were doing and why, which made us feel confident in the work being done.
