Andrei was awesome. He was accurate and explained everything was was able to get right to the problem and fix it. I even left my home open to him while I had to go to work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

Fantastic. 5 platinum stars! Came quickly, inspected throughly with great efficiency and solved the problem immediately. Fortunately we didn't need unit specific parts. He was very sweet and patient with my grandmother. He seems to be honest, sincere and respectful. Insists on wearing shoe covers indoors to protect clients home. Very satisfied and appreciative. Small business, not a heartless corporate office. Happy to have such a business here in Shelbyville.
