Brian and Tracy came today to meet an unique appliance repair. They arrived within the appointment window, attacked the challenge with high level problem solving skills. The job was completed by applying knowledge from many learning experiences in efficient time. We were pleased thanks to Millennium and Thumbtack.

Brian was the epitome of a professional and we look forward to having him back to our home to complete more projects. Brian had our tv mounted and the cord run behind the wall quickly and beautifully. The installation of the dimmer switches (that we bought) didn’t go as smoothly. He just couldn’t get them to work. But he did label the breaker for us during his efforts. Brian decided to run to Lowe’s because he did not like the plates he brought for the tv cords. When he returned, he the perfect plates for our space AND a new dimmer switch which he quickly installed and it worked! When I asked him how much I owed him, he started his original quote—not including the dimmer switch! Of course we paid him for that as well but this just demonstrates Brian’s dedication and the pride he takes in his work. I would highly recommend Brian to friends and family members alike and we very much look forward to working with him again!
